I was hired on a contract as Store Floor Manager on August 13 2018. On January 6 2019 I was hired on as Floor Coordinator. On January 21 2019, I got hurt at work and I have been on WSIB for almost 7 months. My doctor may let me go back soon BUT the company doesn't want me back because they received a hefty fine from WSIB. I am going back to a very hostile atmosphere. They are going to harass me and try and make me quit. I refuse to but they will try and find a reason to let me go. I am 50 years old. How much severance pay is acceptable?
