My husband is a car hauler in the union. His company is based in the states and requires a FAST card to transport cars in the states. He was hired long before the FAST was required. He hasn't been able to get one, whole other story. Now the local management is not honoring his seniority and the contract by giving his bid truck to other drivers and sending him on short local trips. This is the short version of our story. If you can help, please email us.

Thank you for your inquiry. We are unable to assist unionized employees. You should contact the union representative pursuant to the terms of the Collective Agreement to get further information as to your husband's rights in this matter.
