I was given a lay off notice on June 11/19. Job is being deleted.
I am not unionized. I work at a hospital. I have been there for almost 23 years. I am63 yrs old., 64 in Nov. . I was devastated. They offered me the minimum severance according to ESA. What can I do I will not get benefits. What about my HOOP benefits? What are my rights? Can they give me a job in another part of the hospital.
