I was with one of the major financial institution for 18 years, I was terminated last year without a cause. I went to a lawyer, before I hear about you. They told my employment lawyer they are not going to pay me anything. Now my lawyer taking it to the labour court. Bank never offered Any severance or payment, is this the right movement ?
