my managers admits over the phone that he fired me coz he has his own personal reasons to terminate me and that he did not share it with the management,he said that he told the management that i failed my training. this happened in ontario and i was fired after 3 days.
also i informed my HR about my medical condition but my HR denied that i never informed them verbally or in written. but i have evidence to prove that i informed by HR.
