i was offered a job and i got fired after 3 days, stating the reason that i didn't pass the training. but the true fact is that i told my manager about my health conditions. so after that he decided to fire me. I also have a proof of him telling me that " he has his own personal reasons " and he didnt share that with management. he said that he informed management, that i didn't pass the training. this happend in Ontario
