My partner just received a notice of termination upon his entrance into work this morning and has been given till March 8th . He was hired as manger and was told by the other manger yesterday he can either quit or quit and be rehired as a supervisor( they wanted him to step down ) when he said he would not be was terminated today. Sould he just hand in his keys and leave now so he has time to reach out to the appropriate places to fight this and look for a new job as he has a family to care for and only one employees.
