Never had a no pay suspension just a written warning. And now they jumped right to a 5 day no pay suspension. Can they do that without following the proper disciplinary actions?

The employer is not allowed to suspend you without pay unless there is a specific term in your contract to the contrary. You may treat your employment as terminated and trigger your severance pay so please contact us to review how much you are owed and what your options are.
