I have submitted a request for the approval of a resignation under duress which is involuntary. my employer has falsified that to infer I have voluntarily resigned. that being said, because of the duress being so imposed on my finances i can no longer endure further financial losses and must find other employment. does that constitute a voluntary resignationÉ

If you do not wish to resign, you must immediately write an email to your employer telling them that you resigned under duress and that you do not wish to resign and wish to continue working. If they do not let you continue working, you may have significant entitlements and should call us right away.
