I was terminated from my job and I have a union they filed a grievance this was my fourth disaplain notice do I have chance of wining ?

We cannot definitively answer that question, as we do not know the nature of the incidents/discipline. As you are unionized, the only support you have in the circumstances is your union. Make sure to keep in touch with them throughout the grievance process.
