If I have been terminated without cause, but then one is offered in writing after the termination, does this change things?

My name is David Vaughan and I am an employment lawyer with Samfiru Tumarkin. While the employer can allege cause after the time of termination,, their ability to establish just cause will be hindered by the fact that they initially did not allege just cause; basically, their position will be met with skepticism. Please visit the Severance Calculator (https://www.severancepaycalculator.com/) for an estimate of your severance entitlements and contact our firm to discuss how we can assist you.
