I was just waiting for my weekly schedule to come in. Didn’t see it. So I messaged the group chat we have. A coworker privately messaged me the schedule, and I was no longer on it. I worked on Saturday, and NO ONE SAID ANYTHING. I was not given any sort of notice or termination letter, written or verbal and I have proof that the owner was not going to say anything as someone asked him what to say to me and he said nothing. I’d like to know what my options are here.

I have worked for this restaurant for years, until the owners retired and new management came in around May 2019 which is when I started working there again.
