My wife was on sick leave with AML leukemia and when she got back to work her job was given way and she was fired for no cause, she has been at this company for 10 years and they gave me 10 weeks pay, is she entitled to more than this and can they just fire her with no cause?

My name is Stan Fainzilberg and I am an Associate at the firm.

I am very sorry to hear about your wife's circumstances. Not only is she entitled to significantly more then 10 weeks' of pay, she also appears to have a case for human rights damages based on discrimination.
