I Work for the company 17yrs, starting from general labour , then promote to managers, I took my first vocation 1 months when I come back they force me to put on it/admin for 3yrs then they layoff said no busy etc, with 8 wk termination 17wk of severance after that they hired another person. what should I do ? should I qualify for more severance pay ?
