I have worked for a company for 20 years they requested that we sign a new contract reducing our wages. I refused to sign but the stress forced me to give notice of retirement. Now they are refusing to pay out my backend commissions of a considerable amount saying I quit so I don't qualify. I am 65 years old.
I have knowledge that at least one other employee was paid out when he quit. Is there anything we can do to recover this money?

Thanks for your question. You are owed the wages and commission payments that were earned while you were still employed and you have legal recourse available to you in order to pursue these amounts. It is important that you contact us at the number below immediately to discuss your situation in detail with a lawyer because you may still be able to secure severance pay, depending on the circumstances. We would be happy to help you in any way that we can.
