I would like to know what can be done with working in a union job and being let go with out wrong and no union rep there

Thank you for your question. I would recommend reaching out to someone else at the union, perhaps someone higher up, and inquiring as to whether they will file a grievance. Practically speaking it is only the union that is authorized to represent you with respect to your termination under the collective agreement.
