After years of improving absence and presenting myself for work, I was told I’d be terminated for suspicious behaviour which I believe may be related to my illness. I resigned under criminal allegations and was very afraid.

Based on the information you have provided this is a matter that one of our employment lawyers would need to more fully discuss with you over the phone or in person. There may be grounds for a constructive dismissal claim, potentially entitling you to severance. However, since you have already resigned should you should speak with an employment lawyer right away so we can better navigate the situation for you.
