Hi my name is Zac and I am being let go from my Church March 15th. That's in four weeks. As someone who is a part of Clergy I recognize that I am not covered by the ESA, so what I am wondering is, what are my rights? I started here July 1st, 2017 ad the Youth Director (Youth pastor is what it was). Should I expect to be entitled to severance? What are my full rights?
