Over a year ago, I was accused of crimes I did not commit, and my full time employer found out through a press release. Once I was released on bail, I was informed by my employer that I would be let go for 'just cause'. I also have a secondary employer which retained me, and agreed to place me on hold until the completion of my proceedings, at which point the result would decide their action. (I am now back at that employer). Now that my legal proceedings are completed, and I have been found not guilty, am I able to return to my full-time employer and get my job back? Am I in any position for any type of legal action that would benefit me? Regards, Robert

my employer let me go due to an injury [not on the job] and put dismissal on the our ROE. Do I have grounds to put in a complaint? There is no benefits in this job I E short term\long-term disability. Thank you

i was working with a paralegal firm for 10 years which then amalgamated with a law firm. I have been with the law firm now for almost 6 years. The law firm is now closing down. Are they obligated to pay severance? If so, would it start from the paralegal firm? How many weeks would I be entitled to? I am 50 working in accounting/managing etc.

URGENT !!!! My husband is a senior Resident manager and our buildings were sold and they are only offering him a location in Belleville which he cannot take due to distance from our daughter. So he has to find a closer position and we have to move by Oct. 10-17....the building sale closes Oct. 10....would his current employer of 5.5 years owe him due to the loss of his position?
