My daughter was fired from her employment. When she came into work on Monday, the manager said they had a complaint filed. They wouldn't say what the complaint was or who filed it. My daughter had recently put in a harassment claim against a shift supervisor, and has charges pending on another employee who had broken into her room. ( They live in the same tenement). The employee and the shift supervisor are good friends and have been harassing my daughter for months now. Does she have any options

This definitely sounds concerning. Your daughter is likely entitled to severance, and she may also be entitled to additional damages in regard to a reprisal stemming from her harassment complaint. I recommend that she contact the number below to speak with one of our employment lawyers so we can more thoroughly review the matter and assess her entitlements.
