I am a manager is a retail store one of the employee suing the complany accusing me being a hard on her. The ower of the business called me in my day off and told me he has to protect himself and his complany therefore he suspended me from work for good. I think it’s an excecuse to get rid of me since I am getting to 65 years old and I was planning on working for few more years to come.
