I was on medical leave from my employment, it was time to go back to work, I had my clearance from the doctor. The doctor sent the paperwork OSI claimed to not receive, I went back and had the doctor resend, OSI never contacted me back after a week and a half regarding if they received the paperwork. On Monday I received a letter saying I have been terminated as not showing up to work 3 days in a row without documentation. I have been calling the shift leader as the letter states all week and have received no calls back. I was no aware I had a start back date at all. What can I do?
