I was let go a week before my Probation was completed "without cause" am I entitled to more then 1 week pay (that I worked anyways)?

Hi my name is Zac and I am being let go from my Church March 15th. That's in four weeks. As someone who is a part of Clergy I recognize that I am not covered by the ESA, so what I am wondering is, what are my rights? I started here July 1st, 2017 ad the Youth Director (Youth pastor is what it was). Should I expect to be entitled to severance? What are my full rights?

I worked for an employer for 30 years and was terminated for just cause. I never received any severance from them, am I eligible? Also I was terminated on January 17th and I am still awaiting my ROE?

my managers admits over the phone that he fired me coz he has his own personal reasons to terminate me and that he did not share it with the management,he said that he told the management that i failed my training. this happened in ontario and i was fired after 3 days. also i informed my HR about my medical condition but my HR denied that i never informed them verbally or in written. but i have evidence to prove that i informed by HR. i know i was fired coz of medical condition.
