I am a truck driver for a construction company. My boss asked me to go to his former residence and pick up bags of garbage that had been left behind. I refused to do it. And told him I could not stomach it so he fired me.

I was fired due to harassment. The allegations made against me, are from fellow coworkers who are also best friends. I have been having problems with one of them in which was reported multiple times to management. They ignored my complaints and kept putting me back on the floor with her three months later I’m being fired for harassment for apparently making comments to another coworker .
